I just wanted to thank you and your staff for the service you provided last week on our house. We are at the tail end of a kitchen remodel, and it has been a bad experience with the contractors. No call - no show, orders wrong, unprofessional, etc. You can get the idea. This was contrasted with your company. You could have charged me the same amount to do the windows on the rainy day, but you didn't. We got a phone call to reschedule, your team was there when they said they would be there, and they were professional and pleasant to deal with. You have a loyal customer here.
